So I have been staring at my notebook page for what feels like hours, and it is still blank. I have been trying to think up a theme or a vision to start working on as I have been invited to put my photos up at a local salon in a few months. I was able to put up about 20 for December and the feedback has been very positive but it is photos spanning many years with various and scattered influences. Landscapes,waterscapes,portraits, animals, clouds,old houses, semi nudes, and rather all over the place.. I really am hoping to have my next 'exhibit' be more cohesive. But, maybe they don't have to be..perhaps I will just have a few 'mini-themes'...

Did a small, casual art/photo show a few days ago... got fantastic feedback as well as sold a few prints. Burst of creativity which is fantastic but tempered by the reality that I really have no fucking idea what I am doing. Not sure how I feel about that revelation.
